At Celvarno, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This allows you enough time to evaluate your purchase and contact us if anything isn’t right.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Tags must be intact, where applicable
  • Proof of purchase or order number must be provided

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Screen protectors and single-use protective films that have been opened or installed
  • Sale items purchased at a discounted price
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at contact@celvarno.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions — do not send items back without prior approval
  3. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and the confirmed return address
  4. Package your item securely in its original packaging and send it back

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted and will not be refunded.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@celvarno.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will resolve this at no cost to you, either with a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the correct item is to return your original order (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you within 2 business days of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@celvarno.com.
